Wire end / crimp ferrules (0.75mm²) ensure a solid connection and protect the ends of stripped cables, preventing cable damage and unreliable connections.

      Size chart

A ferrule is a metal tube used to bundle and protect the ends of stripped, copper wires. It helps prevent the loose copper wires from fraying or being damaged. This protection creates a reliable and safe electrical connection.

Wire end ferrules improve electrical conductivity and make it easier to connect cables to terminals, screw terminals or terminal blocks, for example.

You do need special pliers to pinch the ferrule onto the wire. We do not have a wire-end ferrule pliers in our range, but we do have these stripping pliers with which it is also possible.

      Specifications

      • Uninsulated
      • Ferrule length 6mm
      • Conductor cross-section 0.75mm²

      Difference with insulated ferrules

      • An insulated wire end sleeve has an extra layer of insulating material (usually coloured piece of plastic) around the metal tube. This insulation not only protects the wire itself, but also prevents short circuits and increases safety in electrical installations.
      • Insulated sleeves are often used in environments where extra electrical protection is needed, for example in open spaces or where the cables are close to other electrical components.
