Shipping and returns
Please note! PostNL is experiencing increasing parcel pressure around Christmas purchases and because of the lockdown in the Netherlands. As a result, it may happen that your package is unfortunately longer on the road than you are normally used to. As soon as your package is in possession of PostNL, you will automatically receive a track and trace code. Here you will always find the latest information about your order.

In case you’re not completely satisfied with your order or if you wish to exchange an item, you can contact us within 30 days after receipt to inform us of your return or exchange.
What is the returns procedure?
Please let us know you wish to return an item within 30 days after receipt.
This is our returns procedure:
1. Before returning an item, please send us an email at [email protected]informing us of your request to return your purchase, quoting the order number and your name. In case of damage or complaint please include additional photos.
2. After we have processed your return request, you will receive an email with a link to a return label. You will be required to pay a one-time fee for the postage of your return. Then you can send the package using the return label.
3. You return the package by posting it at a post office within the legal term. We recommend you keep the shipping receipt.
4. Once we have received the returned package in good condition, we will make sure you get your money back within 14 days. If only part of your original order was returned, the delivery shipping costs remain applicable. Should something be out of order after receiving your return, we will contact you about this.
How do I send the return package?
Once we have processed your return request, you will receive an email with a link to a return label. You can stick this label on the return package and post it via a carrier or post office in your neighbourhood. We ask you to make sure all items are packed properly before shipping. Preferably in the original packaging. That way, damage to items during transport is prevented. If items are damaged or show traces of use we reserve the right to refuse the return or bring damage into account.
I would like to exchange an item. Is that possible?
Yes, that is possible. Except for custom cut cords as these are made to order.
Please send us a mail on [email protected]including your order number and the item you would like to exchange. We will contact you as soon as possible to make it happen.
Can I exchange or return cords?
Unfortunately we cannot except custom cut cords for an exchange or return. In case you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase, we can return or exchange the item. In this case, the damage must be attributed to Kynda Light. If your complaint is justified, you will receive a new cord within 5 days. Please send any complaint about cords to [email protected].
How do I get my money back?
Once we have received your order return, the total amount will be reimbursed as soon as possible. We will refund you after we have received your return undamaged.
We refund using the same payment option as chosen during check out. Did you pay through AfterPay or KLARNA? Then we will notify them your order has been returned.
What are the costs of a return shipment?
The fee for return shipment within The Netherlands is € 5,95 if you use the return slip provided by us. When you live in Belgium the return shipment cost is € 6,95 and in Germany € 8,95.
