Free cord sample
You can order a sample piece of one or more iron cords that you are interested in. That way you can view the cord extensively and compare it before you order the number of meters you want. We only send samples within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
Can I have samples brought with my order?
Yes, of course this is possible. Unfortunately you cannot order samples in the webshop, but if you send us a message we will gladly help you to add the samples (max.10) to your order.
How long is a sample of iron cord?
The samples have a length of approximately 5 centimeters.
Which iron cords can I request a sample from?
We have samples of the 2-pole variant available for all iron cords. The samples are meant to assess the appearance. The 3-pole variants look the same and have the same thickness, these are only slightly stiffer because an extra core has been incorporated.
What does a sample cost?
We don't charge for the samples you request.
What does it cost to have samples sent?
No costs are charged for the shipment of cord samples.
How can I order samples of iron cord?
You can request a sample by sending an email to [email protected].
State the item code (s) of the (2-pole) cord from which you want to receive a sample.
Do the samples need to be added to an order? Then send us the order number so that we can arrange this for you.
How many samples can I order?
You can order up to a max. of 10 samples.
How are the samples sent?
Single samples are sent via letterbox post. You will not receive a Track & Trace code when sending samples. Depending on PostNL, the samples are usually delivered to your home within 1 to 3 days.
You do not have to stay at home specifically to receive the samples, because the envelope in which the samples are sent simply fits through the letterbox.
